SERVICES WE PROVIDE
OEM/ODM Services
We have our own brand(RD Carbon) and also provide customers with high-end customized services. The process is as follows:
● If you have the drawing/original data of the parts, which includes the dimensions, materials, special requirements, then we can make the mold according to the drawing/data.
● Or you can send us the original parts, we will do the scanning, drawing and make the mold.
● The mold is usually made of Aluminum or steel, which ensures the accuracy of making parts and can be used thousands of times.
● The mold must be tested before starting production, if all ok, we will make a sample to test the fitment on cars. After all ready, bulk production is on the go.
● The whole process takes about 30-40 days.
